Results of surgery

After cataract surgery, most patients who undergo surgery regain their vision. In many cases, patients can see clearly enough to be able to carry out their normal daily activities. This is especially true for older people who have vision problems due to cataracts, which greatly improves their quality of life.

The postoperative follow-up results remain satisfactory, with many patients recovering quickly and experiencing few postoperative problems.

In 2024, the Foundation demonstrated the importance of timely access to treatment and care, which is a key factor in helping patients live a better quality of life, and hopes to expand its impact and help even more patients in the future.

Cataract surgery is therefore not only a treatment for physical illness, but also creates new opportunities for patients to live their lives to the fullest and happier, extending their vision so that they can see the world again.
